Coverage Details
This term life policy will pay a cash benefit directly to the people you have identified as a beneficiary if you meet the eligibility requirements, and you pass away. Your beneficiary can then use the money to help anyway they’d like including costs like funeral expenses, mortgage or rent payments, education and more.
Your employer provides you with Basic Life insurance coverage at no additional cost to you.

This plan includes Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage which pays an additional amount in the event of loss of life or limbs sustained in an accident.
Coverage is portable so, if you change jobs, you can take the plan with you.
